Since the murderer of a US medic has done a plea deal so he can serve balance of sentence in Canada he will be out in at least 2 years. Canada has a most lenient criminal code. He will take advantage of the bonus that you get for pre trial served 2 or 3 times credit. Thats most likely why he got 40 years rather than life sentence. Great for him. Now we can look forward to another bin Laden knock off. He is a hero in the muslim world.
